New Homes Hampshire

Our only development coming in spring 2024 in this region is situated in the southern corner of Hampshire within easy access of Southampton,  one of the county’s cities.   Our new homes are in the large village of North Baddesley with easy access to the M27 and the nearest railway station is 3 miles away in the historic market town of Romsey.

Hampshire is home to the beautiful New Forest National Park, ideal for those who love the outdoor lifestyle with plenty of walks, bike trails and wildlife to spot, including the wild ponies.  In contrast, Hampshire also provides the buzz of city life with excellent shopping, opportunities for those who love the Maritime lifestyle in Southampton or the historic city of Winchester.  Hampshire offers excellent transport links with easy access to our capital city of London, Bournemouth, the Isle of Wight or further afield from Southampton Airport.
